Fee of a certified translation* is the same as the fee of a 'normal translation', because principal shall receive always the same good quality.
*Certified translation:
A certified translation guarantees that the translation matches the original document. As fully qualified translators and a registered translation agency we are authorised to provide certified translations of company minutes and all other corporate data for company records.
Under the Hungarian law on Expert Translation and Interpreting, certified translations of certain documents can only be provided by the ‘State Translations and Authentication Agency’ (OFFI Zrt.). Although the agency is fully able to translate such documents as well, these translations must be checked and certified by OFFI Zrt. Nevertheless, this method provides you with the same result at a lower price.
It is worth to inquiry whether the other party accepts a certified translation except of official translation of State Translations and Authentication Agency. Thereby you will be able to save a lot of money.
Calculation
Above fees are shown as a guideline. We preserve the right of changing, with respect to individual demands.
Fee is calculated on a per character basis. For text supplied in Word format, fees are based on the number of characters (with spaces) based on the source document (the document to be translated). For text supplied in other formats (which can not be converted to word format), the fee will be based on the number of characters (with spaces) based on the translation.
The number of characters can be checked under the following menu point of Word documents: ’Tools/Word Count/Characters (with spaces)’.
Translations are normally supplied within 3 working days of receipt (maximum 15,000 characters per day).
